註釋John Jacob Rector (Hans Jacob Richter) (1674-ca. 1728) was born in Trupbach, Germany. He married Elizabeth Fishback (Elisabeth Fischbach) in 1711. They arrived in America in 1714 and with a few other families settled Germantown, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri and later throughout the United States.
