Coactive Living
註釋"Coactive Living" was written for the purpose of encouraging and providing readers with the Psychological and Biblically-based principles and attitudes that author Stephen Ross uses to overcome the trials and tribulations in his life. Ross defines the coactive living approach as a lifestyle that Strengthens individuals by teaching and equipping them to coact with God, self, and others for the purpose of overcoming issues and achieving goals in life. To make the principles of coactive living more relatable he shares his personal feelings, thoughts, and real-life experiences. He hopes that this will help build the readers confidence that coactive living principles will work for them as well. By using the coactive living approach, readers will learn to embrace life's challenges and turn them into steppingstones to personal fulfillment and success. Resources used to develop the principles of "Coactive Living" are: The Bible, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), and certain aspects of Neuropsychology.
