註釋Artist Artur Barrio (B. Oporto, Portugal, 1945) has for the last 40 years created interventions in public spaces (streets, avenues, plazas, beaches and other public places) in cities in Brazil and Europe where he use visceral and degraded materials related with the human body (secretions) having the spectators reflect on the reality of the Third World. The exhibition presents a collection of records that document his art created between1969 and 1979, along documents that contextualize a new installation created for specifically for the museum. Under the curatorship of Tobias Ostrander, the exhibition gets together digital copies of the photographic registers of disappeared negatives, video projections of recordings in 16 mm done by Barrio and his historic and recent artist books "CadernosLivros". .
