This ledger covers the years 1811 and 1812. There are records of payments to employees and goods used in the operations of the furnace. There are also accounts for castings made for customers. Some of the accounts are with Vincent Slitting Mill, which was owned by Thomas Potts (ca. 1764-1823), one of Samuel Potts's sons.
