Love's Labour's Lost
註釋Though Love's Labour's Lost was performed through Shakespeare's active career, the play disappeared from British stage for 200 years. Today, its popularity is both with theater critics and audiences. Miriam Gilbert focuses primarily on six productions to examine the relationships between the productions. Over the years, productions have stressed the darker side of the planned actors, directors and critics have found Love's Labour's a more subtle and complex play than early commentary had suggested.
