註釋This project involves the design and implementation of a web browsing service using a Wi-Fi access for guest users of the different municipal offices belonging to the Barcelona City Council. The service has been implemented using the existing infrastructure, fulfilling the legal, security and scalability requirements while providing a users' self-registration mechanism. In order to develop the proposed solution, a neat and definite methodology has been used: requirements gathering use case definition, building block design, commercial products' selection, implementation and service validation. The result of the project is a new robust and easy-to-use WiFi service that supports different kind of devices (laptops and mobiles) to meet the requirements of external and corporative web service users.
