The Chinese Question During the First World War
註釋This dissertation examines the diplomatic negotiations affecting China during the First World War using newly available archive materials. These materials are from the collections of the British Foreign Office (files and cabinet minutes), the Japanese Foreign Ministry, and the United States Department of State and Department of Navy. The correlation of these archive materials with published documents and memoirs has resulted in establishing some hitherto unknown or little known facts concerning the Chinese question during World War I.
