The goal of the technical session was to showcase recent developments in this area, with the hope that continued discussion will lead to improved models that are suitable for performance-based engineering. This symposium publication is a collection of technical articles presented at that meeting and represents an effort from Joint ACI-ASCE Committees 441 and 445 to continue the technical discussion on this topic.
