註釋English Abstract: The Social-Democratic parties, already in their early stages of development, have accepted capitalism and highlighted the social state as a tool for indirectly achieving the goals of social justice and cohesion. In the first half of the 20th century, the welfare state was the basic vehicle for the implementation of social democratic ideas, but after the oil crises of the 1970s and much more strongly today, the deregulation policy led the social-democratic parties to seek their identity in the Context of an balancing Act between the implementation of sloppy social measures and deregulation policies. At the same time, it is a fact that the social state needs to be transformed to meet today's challenges (globalization, technological development, aging population), but that targeting can not mean its complete deregulation, as it is the main balancing factor of the risks created by the free market economy. This contribution aims to categorize social-democratic parties based on the social policy framework that they embrace and to highlight the political deficit that has led to the dismantling of social policy, to the crisis of the state and, consequently, to the deep crisis of European social democracy.
