Here's the story…I Looked In the Mirror And  Saw a “Mom Body”…
I just had my first child… and although I was so excited about the beautiful little girl I had brought into this world… I wasn’t so excited about what it had done to my body! All those “trouble areas” before looked WAY worse now…

So I started researching… I became obsessed with reading all the books, magazines, websites and anything else I could get my hands on related to health, fitness and losing weight.
