註釋Well?designed electronic pre-commitment systems can prevent and reduce harm from electronic gambling machine use. This paper summarises the available evidence on these systems and the lessons learned from local and overseas experiences on the best way to design an effective pre-commitment system. The most effective systems require all gamblers to set a binding limit on the amount of money they are prepared to lose, with these systems universal and available across jurisdictions.
