註釋This paper discusses the procedures and services available for educating and training potential users of remote sensing technology and des- ' criles approaches for achieving an in-house capability for the analysis of remotely sensed data using numerical techniques based on pattern recognition principles. The hierarchy of educational steps includes self-study of the literature, attending conferences and symposia, participating in intensive short courses and in residence programs. Remote terminal computer networks and the implementation of analysis software are presented as ways to obtain an in-house capability for numerical analysis. Cost estimates are provided where appropriate
