It shows the information that was asked of me to provide to validate my beliefs and my spiritual journey which accompanied the process. The spark came from within me from a seed which was planted by years of exposure to religious practice while growing up, and independent study about our spiritual selves and our physical journey. This personal change like any other happens over time, a force we all are faced with, some with warm embrace, while others fight with ancient traditions. This book came from a self actualization of this journey, which first lead me to join the Army, then helped me to walk away, having a little closer hold on my personal beliefs and independent thoughts of spiritual action calling upon my will to change."
