European Public Contracts in a Labour Law Perspective
註釋Focuses on the interplay between the commercial and social aspects of public contract law under the EU, EEA, GPA and ILO regimes. The text discusses problems such as the use of labour clauses in public contracts, as regulated in the ILO Convention No 94, the pursuit of labour market policies in the context of tendering and award procedures of public contracts, and the problems of applying EC Directive 77/187/EEC on transfer of undertakings to public tendering such as in the ECJ 1997 Suzen and the EFTA Court 1996 Eidesund cases.
