註釋Platt, of Choconut, Pennsylvania, purchased land in Cambridge, Massachusetts from John Dallinger, Jr., property with three mortgages. David McLure sold the same land, or a portion thereof, to another party. Amory Houghton was a party to this transaction. Platt sued to protect his purchase.
