This paper presents a case-study of modeling aircraft End of Life (EoL) in Value Delivery Modeling Language (VDML). VDML is a standard value-based business modeling language for developing conceptual models that can be applied in an interface named Value Modeling Platform (VMP). In VMP the business can be represented as an ecosystem of all partners, players, and customers. It is also designed to cover the concept of continuous business model planning to track and plan changes in the business. The purpose of this paper is to present the EoL case model as an educational simulation/game for interactive learning of the business ecosystem and value chains. First, the main elements of modeling with VMP and four business models for aircraft EoL services are presented.
