The topic of this graduation thesis is in relation with the guest relations at the Lev Hotel, aiming to make a practical manual with English professional terminology for the employees in tourism and for those people who are interested in this topic. The Lev Hotel is renownedfor its high position in an increasingly competitive environment, giving priority to providing highlz personalized service. Therefore the description of the Lev Hotel and the Inter-Continental Hotel Chain is followed by the operating and service standards and various programmes, based on some definite steps to the most succesful service and behaviour standards as part of the guest relations programme.
