註釋This study of Libyan rodents is based primarily on specimens obtained by the author during the period from October 1961 to July 1962. Field work consisted of approximately 10 months intensive collecting in various parts of the three provinces of Libya and efforts were made to obtain adequate series of representative rodents from all types of habitats.
