United States Air Force Security Police Effectiveness as a Function of Management Style
註釋This thesis deals with management effectiveness. The major focus is upon participative management and its relationship to organizational productivity. A secondary area is an examination of differences in management styles that can be attributed to time on the job, specifically within the organization or position in the organizational hierarchy. This paper attempts to explore the hypothesis that a more participative style of management can be more effective within the United States Air Force Security Police Squadrons, especially in view of the highly qualified and educated individuals who are coming into the Air Force today.
