註釋
Abstract: "This paper describes an empirical, behavioral method for evaluating qualitative aspects of human interaction with computers. The method asks users to learn (and use) a computer system by asking questions of a more experienced person, or coach, instead of working with documentation or on-line help. Questions users ask can be useful for identifying what a user needs to know in order to accomplish tasks with the computer, or to solve problems that arise in trying to do tasks. The method is similar to 'thinking aloud' verbal protocols, but there are also differences, and potential advantages of question-asking over think-aloud protocols
