Sugarman; "Three Key Measures to Help Reconstruct Education in America," by Amitai Etzioni; "Cultural Diversity and Advanced Technology: A Potentially Symbiotic Relationship in the Context of the Community," by William L. Smith and Helen R. Wiprud; and "Guidelines for Planning Cost Effectiveness Studies in Community Education," by Philip Doughty. Reactions to most of these papers are also included in the volume. (MN)
