Housing Alzheimer's Disease at Home
註釋This study investigated the practical, physical modifications made to private dwellings by caregivers and others in order to accommodate the characteristic behaviours of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and the needs of caregivers. Information was gathered by means of a literature search, telephone interviews, a national survey questionnaire, and twenty-five personal interviews with caregivers of AD persons. Pertinent findings are presented in a concise chapter in the form of suggestions to caregivers. Unintended findings and suggestions based on them are reported in appendices.
