GEO 3 has devoted its chapter 4 titled, quot;Outlookquot; to scenarios development, and the ongoing GEO 4 has devoted chapter 9 titled, quot;The Future Todayquot; to the same exercise. This paper presents a methodological framework of Scenarios development, with the exposition of the one that has been followed for Chapter 9 in GEO 4.
