A fast magnetic structure mapping method for a tokamak plasma experiment with non circular cross section is introduced. It relieves the magnetic structure change caused by additional resonant perturbation magnetic field. A calculation method of magnetic diffusion coefficient Dm, based on mapping, is also described in this paper. Using the Upgrade TEXT experiment machine (it has a divertor) as a example, the calculation results show that the perturbation field will also form a magnetic island chains or ergodizing plasma surface. The diffusion coeficient is consistent with Rosenbluth's theory. [Authors' abstract].
