Tools essential for creating various food decorations are described. Ingredients, utensils, preparation instructions, and illustrations are provided for a variety of fancy meringues (designs include mushrooms, swans, baskets, shells, rocks, nests). The preparation and use of color sheets in food decorating and the design of both simple and elaborate color sheets are discussed.
