EU External Relations Law
註釋Where complex questions of EU and international law meet, often intertwined with political and policy considerations, this book aims to access, navigate and coherently present a set of text, cases and materials on EU external relations law. Three guiding perspectives have been adopted to structure the material: 1. the EU as a single international actor as it relates to the project of European integration; 2. EU external relations as driven forward by geopolitical and socio-economic stimuli, and 3. law as the thread and fabric embedding and reflecting those realities. Serving both as an in-depth reference work for academics and practitioners, this approach will also allow students to progressively 'construct' the big picture of EU external relations law rather than simply providing them with knowledge of the field.
