Achilles Syndrome
註釋Crisis of confidence is a psychological condition which is increasingly common in an age when people are expected to achieve more, work faster, and run more complex homes and lifestyles. Whilst outwardly appearing able to perform a task competently, psychologically the sufferer does not have confidence in being able to do it consistently well, and consequently experiences severe anxiety beforehand, and strain or undue energy-drainage afterwards.
