When Lucy was gored by a bull, she lost all recognition of people and places. Her brother Tim was lost without her and sent to St. Louis for a prominent psychiatrist (Dr. David) and he helped Lucy slowly regain her past. Lucy's son Trevor and Tim's twin sons run the ranch.
