註釋The complexation of amines and phosphines with borane or trimethylaluminum has been studied by different experimental and theoretical methods. New compounds were synthesized and then characterized by several spectroscopic methods. The spectral changes upon complexation of the NMR spectra are reported. Flash vacuum pyrolysis experiments allowed to evaluate the thermodynamic stability of systems. The differences between the photoelectron spectra of the free and complexed systems have been studied in detail. The electronic structures of the complexes were compared with each other. In the case of amine-borane, the basicity was measured by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry. Comparison of the free systems and the complexes was investigated in many different aspects, illustrating several changes of the electronic structure during the complexation.
