註釋This work is aimed at those people who understand that plants can find relief from many ailments.One of the purposes is to describe their qualities, give their scientific name and show images to learn to distinguish them. The herbal medicine is the oldest medical system known. The natural chemicals contained in medicinal plants contain unknown elements whose synergy helps the body to re-establish itself, but overdoses and incorrect applications . They also have the potential to cause serious disorders. Minimal knowledge in the subject will allow us to apply phytotherapy when treating cases that are of little severity, very frequent in all homes, such as colds, poor digestions, so that simple infusions can help us improve health, thus avoiding the abuse of conventional medications with long-term adverse side effects. Remember that there is no better way to preserve health than knowing our body and the available medicinal applications, and that the responsible intervention in the healing process is an excellent starting point. Medicinal plants are those that are used whole or in parts, such as flowers, seeds, leaves, roots, fruits and barks to treat diseases that afflict people or animals. Its active ingredients are due to the chemical substances they contain and that exert a therapeutic action.Traditional medicine, since prehistoric times, has used their healing power to treat and relieve various ailments of human beings.This work is aimed at collecting uses of medicinal plants, with the sole purpose that those who do not have advice to traditional medicine can find relief from their ailments.The names of the plants will appear in alphabetical order, where possible images of each named plant and its mode of use will be inserted.
