註釋This report presents results of a study of Yukon government executive management personnel which described and assessed their qualities of effective leadership according to a model that defines a person's skills on each of six roles: visionary, symbolizer, innovator, mobilizer, auditor, and ambassador. The methodology included questionnaire surveys of both superiors and subordinates. The questionnaires were coded and analyzed using the SPSSx statistical package. A seven-point scale was used to obtain a measurement of the attributes of executive leaders. The results indicate the model's ability to distinguish between the government's most and least effective superiors.
