Matthew must decide whether he should pursue his dreams for adventure, or defend his hometown from a new threat. Isaac Kierken, a bioengineered super-soldier, betrays mankind and sides with the Rebirtha. However, he learns that there are even more terrifying things than the Rebirtha.
