It is an academic journal annually published by the Telecommunications Law Study Group (GETEL), which features articles, studies, book reviews, lectures, sector updates, regulatory research on telecommunications, and the Brazilian normative framework on telecommunications. Nowadays, this is the only journal, in Brazil, that publishes regulations and judicial decisions in the telecommunications sector.
