Summary: Acknowledgment from James A. Clark that he has "received from Shelton Oliver one of the executors of Richard R. Winfrey late of Oglethorpe County deceased the negroes designated as the share of Frances M. Clark in the division of the negroes of said deceased made this day at the plantation of said deceased in Lincoln County". Clark's acknowledgment also names T.A. Bahsdah and Wiley N. Walton.
