This means that you want to be sure of your beliefs and therefore not embrace the challenges or learn from mistakes or setbacks.Mentalities oriented growth were discovered four factors that influence the tenacity and determination:1. The opinion of oneself2. The objectives that we set ourselves3. The perception of one's social connection4. The ability to self-regulateAt other times we feel the need for change in one or more areas of our lives, but we do not know well where to start. If we really want to live life to the best of our ability, it is necessary to open up to change and welcome it as a natural process that is part of our evolution.
