Sometimes I see myself from afar, like in a dream, and I think, "Are these things really happening? What am I doing here? Where am I going?" Some other times I wake up suddenly from a nap and think, "One of these days I won't wake up anymore. I will fall asleep forever." And then? Where will I go after that? Will I still be able to feel, or rather to perceive anything? Will there still be life after death? And then my thoughts are directed, almost naturally, to Jesus.
