註釋Mladen Stilinović was born in Belgrade in 1947 cuando this city was still the capital of the newly independent Yugoslavia. Active since the 1970's, he currently lives and works in Zagreb (Croatia). Throughout his career Stilinović has emerged as one of the leading figures of conceptual art, not only in Croatia, but internationally. This solo exhibition comprised works from the seventies until the first decade of the 21st century - includes video, painting, collage, documentation of actions and installations - tries to demonstrate the way in which Stilinovi? has managed to question the aesthetic and social legacy of the avant-garde movements.
