In the world full of dynamism, learning is an essence for man. Learning a change in behavior out of an experience is required to be updated with the time and the changes happening in the environment. A learner is never out of trend despite of the challenges; he/she can always triumph over the unfavorable situations. The one who learn is the one who grows is an important key towards the ongoing progress and succession in life. The Paper intends to analyses the antecedents of learning motivation.
