u English was mostly mixed language England of UK and Saxon of Germany, which is the language of Anglo-Saxon.
u Most of Modern Conceptual Sciences such as Philosophy and Ethics has been developed from Germany, and moved to UK and then to the USA.
u Most of Practical Science has about same route from Germany, through UK, and to America.
u Historically Industry Revolution periods from the second half of 18 Century to the first half of 19 Century, which is a kind of scientific revolution periods, English expanded to the globally.

English is very easy and simple structured language. Even though English has four forms of sentence such as a declarative sentence, an interrogative sentence, an exclamatory sentence, and an optative sentence. One sentence with different tone, we can express four forms of sentence.
Four Forms of Sentence with different tone are;

You now come to this city again.
u You now come to this city again. Interrogative Sentence

u You now come to this city again. Exclamatory Sentence

English has evolved continually to make it simple and easy to learn, therefore, Standard English Structure is [Noun Subject + Verb Predicative + Target of Verb or Explanation of Subject], the Verb is always in the middle of the sentence and plays as balancer or scale of the sentence.
And Verb Predicative or verbal phrase is always in the middle, how many words make the verbal phrases. For example;
