註釋This paper is a review of the relevant extant literature on organizational unlearning. The review offers a characterization of the research activity, an integrative framework structuring previous key research findings and also an aggregating review of weaknesses of previous research designs, research depth and potentially linkable research topics. This is done to broaden the variety of topics for future organizational unlearning research activity and enhance the quality of future research findings. The review concludes with a proposition of transforming the integrative framework on organizational unlearning into a managerial tool for the professional practice by future researchers refining different aspects of the theory bound in the integrative framework.
