Consists mainly of a tentative report (98 p.) by Criddle and Donnan examining various aspects of the proposed Weber Basin Project, with emphasis on costs to the individual farmer. Main areas of focus are: farm irrigation water requirements, land development costs, effect of water application on bench lands to irrigated farms on lower lying land, and farmstead drainage problems and costs. Report includes maps, charts, and statistics. Accompanying the report are various letters and memoranda, some of which contain reactions to the proposed report including corrections and suggested changes.
