Peer Tutoring
註釋A research project was initiated to develop a model for literacy and Award Restructure training that was sufficiently flexible to respond to the limitations and constraints in small companies; that incorporated the Award Restructure curriculum as the context for language and literacy teaching and that was appropriate for reluctant learners. The report describes the establishment and evaluation of a peer tutoring program in two companies and their outcomes.
