註釋Research methodology is the process by which a research topic is solved by the collection and analysis of data following a predetermined set of procedures and principles. Methodology in research refers to the general plan or approach used by the researcher. It includes the I rationale for the study, the research design, the procedures used to gather data, the methodologies used to analyze that data, and the context in which the study is done. 1 Research methodology serves as a guide for scientists as they decide which methodologies are most suited for their study and how they should go about carrying them out. Data collection, analysis, and interpretation I are all aspects of research, yet researchers have their own unique methodologies. Quantitative research techniques rely on numerical data, whereas qualitative I approaches focus on other types of information. The primary goal of the research is not data collection. Instead, it extends more than that. Discovering new information and adding to the existing body of knowledge is what research is all about. The reliability and I verifiability of study results depend on the research ! technique used. It lays out a methodical approach that researchers may follow to keep the project on track and under control.
