The study is a series of journalistic profiles of the interlibrary loan efforts of six major academic libraries or consortia: the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Duke University, Northwestern, the University of Delaware, Claremont Colleges Library, a consortium of 7 colleges in Claremont, California, including Harvey Mudd College and Pomona College, and the Virtual Library of Virginia, a consortium of 70 academic libraries in Virginia, including George Mason University, the University of Virginia, Virginia Tech and many others. The report was written by Rachel Gordon, Head of Access and Collection Services and Senior Lecturing Fellow at the Duke University Law Library.
