Robert Fox Vs. the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company
註釋Fox purchased a policy on the life of John Clark Lee, an employee, from the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. The company later determined that the facts provided it about Lee were untrustworthy and canceled the policy. Fox refused to surrender the policy, for which some payment in notes was still due. Lee later died; Fox demanded payment on the policy. The company refused.
