The Good Night Story
註釋

The grandfather of Danish author and illustrator Andreas Greve told long and fascinating bed-time stories, but would regularly fall asleep in the process. Greve's story "in the round" captures the magic and subtle humor of this special shared experience.

One night, Grampa begins to tell a story about woodland animals. Each time he mentions one, it walks through the door, sits down and listens. The bedroom is soon filled with a deer, a stag, a rabbit, a wild boar, and a squirrel who all are enchanted by Grampa's good night story. But Grampa falls asleep before he gets to the end, and it is up to the young boy to finish the story and make sure that everything is all right.
