Secrets of the Spoils
註釋A noted aviation historian, Jay Jessey, has been asked to track down the co-owner of a multi-billion dollar airplane engine manufacturing company who disappeared while on a flight in 1934. He had been returning St. Louis from Washington D.C. where he had testified before Senator Black’s committee investigating airmail fraud during the “Spoils Conferences” of the Hoover administration. The current heirs have been frozen out of the company and if Jessey can find the aircraft, he may be able to restore the heirs’ claim to the fortune.
