Quinley), presenting results from the 2,473 employers who responded to the survey; (6) "Survey of Deans and Directors," (Phyllis A. Barber), describing successful program elements identified by the 56 community college administrators responding to the survey; (7) "Discussion of Survey Results: Employers and Deans and Directors," (John W. Quinley and Phyllis A. Barber); and (8) "Conclusions, Implications, and Recommendations," (Patricia Donohue, Elizabeth Thornton, and Tony Zeiss). Appendixes provide organizational charts of model workforce development systems, a list of colleges participating in the survey, and the employer survey instrument. (HAA)
