註釋The Umbrella Alberta Primary Health Care Project was created to further advance primary health care by informing the practice of primary health care in Alberta and future policy development. This booklet documents lessons learned from the Project regarding access to health services. It includes information on some of the 27 projects funded under the Project, comments from those involved, and summaries of individual cases of persons being helped by the Project. The lessons learned relate to the following factors: establishing trust with patients/clients; community consultation; sensitivity to language or cultural issues; location of the health services; providing the most appropriate service; hours of service; and marketing & communication.
