Transactions of the National Council of Women of the United States, Assembled in Washington, D.C., February 22 to 25, 1891
註釋The National Council of Women of the United States was founded in 1888 by Susan B. Anthony at the suggestion of Elizabeth Cady Stanton. It was an organization composed of national organizations and affiliated associations all pledged to working for issues concerning women, among them, the right to vote. The organization met triennially at first, later biennially.
